The General Support for Business Programme has been specifically designed to meet the
needs of ambitious entrepreneurs and offers
practical, individually tailored assistance free of
charge, thanks to support from
the Welsh Assembly Government.
To help you succeed, CODA has devised an integrated
suite of support to help you plan and successfully
establish your business. The Programme will be designed around your specific needs,
and delivered by experienced
professionals who truly understand the day-to-day
pressures of running and growing a business.
The Programme is open to either start up or existing
businesses, and offers:
Start Up Businesses - mentoring from an experienced
adviser who understands the challenges you face and
can support you in creating the best foundations for
your business before you even start trading.
Existing businesses - a business
review will be undertaken with you to identify and
help deliver projects to drive your business forward.
Typical projects include improving marketing and
sales within the business; assistance with expansion
plans and raising finance.
Either new or existing businesses can have access to
a number of different mentors in order that your
specific requirements are satisfied. Typically this could include:
All clients can access Workshops
in core business skills,
free of charge.
Clients are
also eligible for entry into CODA's
Business Directory,
providing free
advertising for your business.
Who can participate ?
The General Support for Business Programme is aimed
at individuals or businesses currently trading, or
about to start trading, in South East Wales. Please contact us to
ensure you qualify. Successful applicants will
receive support offered through the General Support
for Business Programme free of charge.
