The CODA Corporate Finance team is headed up by
Frank Edwards. Frank has been a partner in an
accountancy practice since 1976 when he was
appointed partner by Price Waterhouse. In the
subsequent 28 years, Frank has been involved in
the provision of a broad range of financial
services which includes all aspects of corporate
finance. Specifically since 1983 Frank has had
responsibility for providing a full range of
corporate finance services to a wide range
variety of SME’s. These services have included
fund raising, due diligence, acquisitions and
investment management.
