Andrea
Steel runs a successful business
providing practical support to SMEs including
a business coaching service. She is a
director of three other businesses - an
import business, a construction business and
a property management business. She
successfully ran a business intelligence and
software company for 15 years, worked in
North America and mainland Europe for some
years and has also prepared and delivered
many techincal and management courses
throughout her working life. Clients have
included large multinationals and small to
medium businesses. Andrea now specialises
in General Business Advice, Coaching,
Business Planning, Sales and Marketing,
Business Analysis.
David Lloyd has
over 30 years experience at Senior Executive and
Board level in Retailing. His roles have been
varied and include Store General Manager, Head
of HR, Training, Administration and Security for
the Midlands based department store group James
Beattie PLC. David worked for Co-operative
Retail Services Ltd as Head of Buying for the
Non Food division, a national retail business
with 62 stores with a turnover of £300m. More
recently David was a main a Board Director of
the Cardiff based department store David Morgan
where he was responsible for buying. In
his “spare time” David is a lecturer for UWIC
where he teaches retail to BA and HND students.
Steve Thomas –
An experienced main board director, with
extensive experience in business development and
operational Management. He has held senior roles
in a national plc and had responsibility for
business growth and national account management.
Has also been responsible for starting two high
growth businesses in the past 4 years.
Has had responsibility in a plc for all aspects
of Sales and marketing, including brand
management, and responsibility for a national
sales team.
Jeremy
Bowen-Rees - Jeremy has 20 years diverse
senior management experience gained in both the
private and public sector (IT, Financial
Services, Agri-Food, Leisure, Tourism,
Manufacturing) throughout Wales, the UK and
Europe. For the last 15 years he has
undertaken specific independent consultancy
assignments, or led specialist cross-functional
teams to deliver business solutions/projects
within many areas. Jeremy has undertaken
projects with many large multi-nationals as well
as having assisted approximately 300 SME's and
not-for-profit organisations in west Wales with
projects ranging from £5,000 to £5,000,000.
Elaine Pritchard
- Elaine is a highly qualified and highly
motivated independent Business Adviser with
experience in the delivery of business and
people development for individuals and within
micro businesses and SMEs across North wales,
and to large corporate enterprises in the North
west of England. She has a particularly
strong HR background.
