Carol Peterson
is
a fully qualified accountant, tax adviser and
independent financial adviser. She has with
experience of income tax; corporation tax; VAT;
financial and management training. She started
her own business in 1995 following positions
with Coopers and Lybrand; Abbey Nationwide;
Green Hodge Chartered Accountants and the Inland
Revenue.
Cathy Edge is
a qualified chartered management accountant who
has worked at senior levels in both finance and
general commercial areas within several quoted
plc's. Her financial expertise is strong
in issues relating to Internal Control and
management information whilst her commercial
experience provides skills in strategic planning
and practical solutions to manage change which
have been used in establishing subsidiaries and
joint ventures. Her excellent
communication skills mean that she can relate to
individuals at all levels. Cathy speaks
fluent French.
Tish John is a
financial and accounting professional who is
qualified as the FCA. Tish trained with
one of the big four accountancy firms working in
the audit and training departments of Price
Waterhouse Coopers. She helped with developing
and delivering in house training on auditing.
With over 20 years finance experience Tish has
helped new companies set up as sole traders and
or as partnerships and has also acted as
company secretary to limited companies
performing all the relevant duties. Tish
areas of expertise include financial control of
SME’s, financial systems and internal controls
the production of accounts, VAT & PAYE and
general accounting functions.
